The worldwide launch date for the OnePlus 10 Pro has been confirmed by the Chinese technology company Oneplus. The smartphone will be available outside of China on the 31st of March 2022, which is more than three months after its first release in China. Oneplus turned to the micro-blogging site Twitter to share the good news with the company’s faithful customers. They had been eagerly awaiting the official debut of the OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone.

The OnePlus 10 Pro will be launched on social media sites like YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter, and the event will be streamed live. Aside from that, the event will be broadcast in real-time on the company’s official website. OnePlus is also anticipating the release of wireless earphones, known as the OnePlus bullet Wireless Z2 Neckband and Earbuds, known as the Buds Pro Silver Edition.

Skipping OnePlus 10

Along with the debut of the OnePlus 10 Pro, OnePlus followers were looking forward to releasing the OnePlus 10 Pro in its most basic configuration. On the other hand, the firm has made it plain that it will not be releasing the OnePlus 10 in its base configuration. Since the debut of the OnePlus 7, OnePlus has made the non-pro models available for purchase. However, when it comes to the OnePlus 10 Pro, the company has decided not to release the non-pro edition. A significant disappointment for the OnePlus community has been the company’s decision to skip the non-pro models of the device.

In January of this year, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus 10 Pro, a variant of the OnePlus ten series, to the Chinese consumer market. The smartphone, which was just introduced in China, has a starting price of around Rs 54,521. In addition, the OnePlus 10 Pro was available in two configurations: 8GB RAM + 128GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM.

As the OnePlus 10 Pro has already been released in China, the projected features of the phone for the global variant should come as no surprise to customers. Most of the OnePlus 10 Pro has already been made public. However, let us take a brief look at the OnePlus 10 Pro characteristics likely to be included in the worldwide version.

OnePlus 10 Pro Specifications

The OnePlus 10 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. It has a 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of 120Hz. There is a triple camera system on the back of the phone and a flashlight in the photography portion of the phone. All of the lenses and the flashlight are mounted on top of a black hump.

The rear camera lenses comprise the primary lens with 48MP resolution, an ultra-wide lens with 50MP resolution, and an 8MP telephoto lens. The OnePlus 10 Pro is equipped with a 32MP selfie camera housed inside a punch-hole display for taking selfies and video calls.

The OnePlus 10 Pro smartphone will be equipped with a 5000mAh battery capable of 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging, according to the company. The Oxygen OS will be retained on the OnePlus 10 Pro, as previously confirmed by the company. Additionally, the co-founder of OnePlus, Pete Lau, has said that OnePlus devices would be distinguishable from Oppo in the future. Consumers have complained about the similarities between the OnePlus and Oppo smartphones, prompting the announcement of the partnership.
